What Happens on Wipe Day
Resets
- × Map — fresh seed, new terrain
- × All buildings and deployables
- × All inventories and stashes
- × World NPCs and loot spawns
- × Quest progress
Keeps
- ✓ Class level and XP
- ✓ Skill tree unlocks
- ✓ Faction membership
- ✓ Class selection
- ✓ Attribute points (STR/DEX/etc)
Schedule
Force Wipe (Monthly)
First Thursday of every month. Facepunch pushes a mandatory client update — every Rust server wipes. Map, blueprints (on our server BPs are not used — we use skill trees), and all world data reset.
Server Seed
Map size: 3000. Seed changes each wipe for a fresh map. Faction territories are re-established at the same relative compass positions (Crimson = north, Iron = east, Verdant = south).
Wipe Day Tips
Join early for the best base spots. Use /kit immediately for your class starter gear. Your skills and level carry over, so veteran players have a significant advantage on wipe day — use it.
